1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@finefinebabe.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Digital downloads

  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Return Process

  1. Email us to start the return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
