All custom and personalized sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the files for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before processing any order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Physical product shipping times may vary based on your location and the nature of the product (especially custom items). Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom and digital products are non-refundable.
